1. Create an account on craigslist.com
2. If you have listings, post your listings in the real estate section for the metro area that the property is in.
3. If you do not have any listings, post an ad about your real estate services in your target area.
4. In your ad, direct visitors to a page that relates to your ad. Don't just send them to your home page.
5. Have some sort of lead capture form on the page that you send them to and offer them something of value like a free report, free list of foreclosures, or home valuation.
